Excellent for breeding setups. Just attach a source of air to the top of the sponge filter and the built in diffuser will evenly filter the water through the sponge and up the lift tube. Creates an excellent source of biological filtration. The weighted base stops it from floating to the top of the tank. The internal strainers snap together and are made from a durable flexible plastic for longer life. The 10B is good for tanks up to 10 gallons.
